We are in a war that the American public was lied to my the present administration, our economy is in the worst shape since the depression and getting worse everyday. Our government is basically helping their big donors out of the there financial problems i.e Bear Stearns,Lehman Brothers, and Freddie and Fannie Mae with our tax dollars. Alternative Minimum Tax was the largest tax increase in our history. When will the American public wake up. We have transfer the welath of the world to Saudi Arabia, China in just eight years. When our President and Vice President go around the world, the leaders don't fear America anymore, they tell to mind their own business, as China and Saudi's told George Bush and Dick Cheney. We who knew what was going to happen predicted Oil 150 per barrelat the bringing of the Bush administration. If you think this adminstration has a approval rating of 20%, McCain, Palvin will be worst, because all the bills will be coming due, from Irag war, Homeland Security, and the bailouts, and guess what we will not have the employment base to support the taxes needed to correct the problems. 3. Dear Curtis,

You need to hear about the Bush Legacy Tour's stop near Miami yesterday.

The local AFL-CIO set us up with space a few doors down from their office, which happened to be in front of McCain/Palin headquarters.

Before we arrived, though, the Miami police were out in force. But so were dozens of supporters. The police wouldn't let the bus stop. They surrounded us on motorcycles and prevented us from turning into the parking lot!



Instead, we did a few laps around the strip mall, with the crowd of supporters going wild each time we did. Fortunately there were news crews already there and they captured the whole thing.

We eventually tried to park in the AFL-CIO parking lot nearby, but it was a tight turn, so we needed to swing wide and turn from the middle lane to do it. The amazing guys from the local came out and helped safely block traffic so we could finally get off the road and allow the large crowd on to see the exhibits.

Well, the police didn't like that and tried to ticket our driver!

A lot of truckers drove by during the course of all this and many of them honked to show their support, but some of them got ticketed.

If there's been one consistent theme as this bus has crossed the country, it's that everywhere we go, we draw attention to the Bush legacy. Protesters, supporters, reporters, and everyone in between -- when the Bush Legacy Bus pulls into your town, you can't help but look.

Our stop in South Florida was stressful, but it got a LOT of attention and was no doubt worth the trouble. We're making a difference out here.

5. If you find faults with our country, make it a better one. If you're disappointed with the mistakes of government, join its ranks and work to correct them. Enlist in our Armed Forces. Become a teacher. Enter the ministry. Run for public office. Feed a hungry child. Teach an illiterate adult to read. Comfort the afflicted. Defend the rights of the oppressed. Our country will be the better, and you will be the happier. Because nothing brings greater happiness in life than to serve a cause greater than yourself.
