After almost two full days of nonstop scrutiny and questions about her family dynamic, Governor Palin greeted the convention with an unforced confidence, and, with her speech, seemed to reinvigorate the ticket and the party.
After so much attention and expectation it will now be the Governor's responsibility to see that the focus shifts to her running mate, Senator John McCain, and it will be his responsibility to take it.

And if you CAN spell WAR, can you also COUNT to TEN BILLION DOLLARS A MONTH DOWN THE TUBES IN IRAQ for the sake, really, of "defending" "our" "ACCESS" to THEIR OIL --- rather than ACTUALLY getting serious about genuinely IMPLEMENTING the ALTERNSATIVE ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES that SHOULD have been undertaken YEARS ago already, but which will, whenever that DOES eventuallly occur, greatly DISRUPT the "ECONOMIC" interests of a great many of "our" FAT CATS??
The TRULY amazing thing, though, is that it seems to be beyond a great many people to catch on to the fact that REGARDLESS of whether one is "soft-hearted" or "hard-headed", "WE" REALLY CAN'T AFFORD (even from just an "economic" standpoint!) oil at what is actually the TRUE price of a barrel of the stuff when one HONESTLY factors into that figure the HUGE COST OF ALL THAT MILITARISM “we” have been witnessing for the last seven years!
And it is, after all, THOSE simple folk who the faction within this society who are trying to "hang on to the White House" would play for and prey upon as FOOLS!

Republican and made a lot of money from Irag. Dick Cheney
Halliburton, George Bush Carilye Group the world largets defense
contrator. do you get the picture. Now it is John McCain and his
family time to make money. guess what American when are you going to
wake up. Eisenhower stated in his last speech, beware of the Military
Industrial complex. George Bush's last speech we won! Oil companies
not the American public.

Palin, you don't know what you are talking about. Colin Powell tried desperately to stop this war saying it would cost us too much and you are now pushing it further.
After you kill off wildlife and the global warming that you and your Bush friends probably created with missiles detonated in the atmosphere so that you could open up the Northwest Passage, what will you use that passage for? You can't breath or eat oil.
